silence, we speak your
name with pride, and
we relive our memories
of living side by side.
Your memory is our
Keepsake with which
We'll never part.
The Creator has you in
His keeping - we have
You in our heart.
To Remember Is Painful
To Forget Is Impossible.
You can shed tears that Addie is gone,
or you can smile because she has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back
or you can close your eyes and see what All she has left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see her.
or you can be full of the love she shared.
You can remember her and only that she's gone,
or you can cherish her memory and let it love on.
You can cry and close your mind,
be empty and turn your back,
or you can do what Addie would want:
smile, open your eyes, Love and go on.
"We have suffered, but we have survived:
We are hurting, but we are enduring."
Addie became ill two days before
and gently passed on her own with Sandy
by her side in our home, I never made it
Home in time.
Addie will be, "Forever In Our Hearts!"
